If you want my opinion, I think whether Bart would finish off Bob or not all depends on what Bob had done not to him, but to a dear friend or family member of his. After all, Lisa has arguably become more capable of foil Bob's plans than Bart. Maybe Bob killed Lisa or it looked like he killed her. Bart and Lisa may seldom get along, but at his age, even he can't afford to lose her to his worst enemy (besides Dr. Demento).

Anyways, great pic. This definitely sounds like what would happen in an actual Simpsons episode....or maybe even a sequel to the Simpsons movie!

This would make a great episode! His last appearances were on odd numbers (seasons 17, 19, 21). I hope he appears on the current season, but I don't think that's going to happen :c

I wouldn't be so confident that Bart wouldn't pull the trigger. He would have killed Milhouse (accidentally) if Marge didn't stop him in time in "The Cartridge Family" episode. Bart finds the gun in the refrigerator, and has Milhouse put an apple in his mouth and is about to fire when Marge catches him and stops him.

Also, if someone is pointing a gun at me, I would NEVER do any of the following:
-Laugh at the person
-Insult them or get him/her mad
-Tell the person that they can't or won't do it
-Dare the person to go ahead

Too bad Bob only had a small appearance in the 20th season...but he'll be back in the 21st - "The Bob next door", where he's had a face operation...we'll see...
